I decided to do a complete rebuild of an M38 I just purchased. I looked at all the internet sites and talked to several MD Juan distributors. I got a “warm-fuzzy” feeling the first time I called Willys-Overland and talked to Jay. He spoke to me for about 30 minutes and then followed up with pages of detailed information. After several weeks of further discussions with Jay, and further researching of prices on the internet, I committed to buy from Willys. After painting, we rolled the chassis under the hoisted body and dropped it into place. Every hole lined up PERFECTLY. I really didn’t intend for this to be a testimonial for Willys-Overland, (which it now sounds like after proof-reading), but they did live up to their verbal guarantee, as far as I’m concerned.
