We’ve made one of the largest inventory investments in our company’s history so we can better serve our customers and keep your restoration projects moving. Nearly 50 tubs are in our warehouse!
Over the past few months, we’ve significantly expanded our stock of vintage Jeep bodies, chassis, sheet metal, and hard-to-find components. Our goal is simple: keep the parts you need in stock and ready to ship, so you spend less time waiting and more time working on your Jeep.

Introducing Solid-Back Mid & Late CJ5 Tubs
One of the most requested additions to our Repli-Tub lineup has been a solid-back CJ5 tub for the 1972–1975 and 1976–1983 models—and we’re excited to announce that they’re finally here!
After several months of working closely with our manufacturer, these tubs are now in stock and ready to ship.
As the first—and currently the only—company bringing these to market, you won’t find these tubs anywhere else besides Willys-Overland Motors.
Because this is a brand-new release, inventory is extremely limited, so we recommend securing your order soon.

If you’ve never been, this is one of our favorite events of the year, featuring Jeeps from 1941–1986. It’s a great opportunity to see builds in person and connect with other enthusiasts.

CJ7 Tubs Are BACK — Now Assembled in the USA!
Our CJ7 Repli-Tubs are officially back—now proudly produced and assembled in Pennsylvania with precision stampings and upgraded manufacturing techniques. These new USA-built tubs exceed original AMC standards with laser-cut holes, more welded nuts, pre-drilled factory accessory holes, and a Mopar-licensed “Joop” stamp. Introductory pricing with a deposit to reserve your spot while inventory lasts.
YJ Tubs
We’re expanding our Repli-Tub lineup—YJ tubs are now officially in production using the same precision, craftsmanship, and in-house techniques that elevated our new CJ7 tubs. Models from 1987–1989 and 1990–1995 are available, and key YJ components like fenders, hoods, tailgates, windshield frames, and mounting kits are already in stock. Your YJ restoration just got significantly easier.
What Good Is a New Tub Without a New Chassis?
We’re expanding our Repli-Tub program with a growing lineup of factory-spec chassis—giving you a clean, rust-free foundation without the hassle of sandblasting or patch repairs. Frames for CJ3A, CJ3B, and YJ are in stock now, with CJ2A and CJ8 models coming soon. A stronger, simpler restoration starts here.

Now Offering Color-Matched Rhino Liner!
For years, customers have finished their Repli-Tub with Bullet Liner, a tough, black bedliner/undercoating. Now, we’re offering Rhino Liner—a nearly identical product available in any color you provide a paint code for.
Tested on our own Jeeps, this coating stands the test of time. Of course, classic black Rhino Liner remains available for those who prefer the traditional look.
